Attempting to create Dispute on a transaction and receive the following error:
APP-IEX-240793: The correspondence cannot be sent as the 'IEX: Send Correspondence Automatically' profile has been disabled. Please enable it to 'Automatic' or 'Manual' as desired.
This profile is already set to Automatic.
1) This message is misleading, but also comes up if a dispute is entered against an invoice that has a transaction type where print option is 'Do Not Print.'
2) The Dispute functionality is working as expected. However, the message is misleading and it should be changed accordingly.
