Service Contracts Line Contacts with User Defined Roles Disappear (Doc ID 1603418.1)

Symptoms

After adding a Line Contact to a Service Contract with a User Defined Role, the record is not displayed when the Authoring form is re-opened.

Steps
1. Create a User Defined Role in the Lookup Type OKC_CONTACT_ROLE. The Lookup Code should NOT begin with CUST.
2. Add this Role to the Sources for Contacts for the Customer Role. Use the Source Customer contact For Billing, Customer contact For Admin, Customer contact For Shipping or Customer contact For Technical.
3. Add a Contact to a Contract Line using this new Role and save the change.
4. Close the Contract.
5. Re-open the Contract and check for the newly added Contact. It is not displayed.
