Symptoms

Trying to Void an invoice payment, the following error is received.
Payments were created in 11i and upgrade to R12 has been done.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payment Workbench
2. Actions > Void
3. Error raised

Changes

Upgrade from 11i to R12.
