Payment Confirmation Letter Not Working When Paying a Current Invoice (Doc ID 1603583.1)

When a payment is created from Advanced Collections on a current invoice, the Correspondence window is not automatically popping up when IEX: Send Correspondence Automatically = Manual. 

It works for a delinquent invoice.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collection Agent
: Collections -> Payment Processing

  1. IEX: Send Correspondence Automatically profile option is set to Manual
  2. Submit a payment a non-delinquent invoice, the correspondence window is not automatically opened.
