Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version
When attempting to submit Requisitions for approval, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Requisitions > Requisitions
2. Create a requisition and save it.
3. When attempting to approve the requisition, the above mentioned error occurs.
