Run replenishment counts after applying the inventory rollup (RUP) #6 <Patch 16328540> it errors now when it worked before .
However if a replenishment count with one line is entered, there is no issue.
If a replenishment count is entered a fatal error is shown in the concurrent request "INCRPR module: Process replenishment counts".
On the second count it has the error

ORACLE error 1426 in RC_PROCESSOR_LIB
Cause: RC_PROCESSOR_LIB failed due to ORAAPP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1426 in RC_PROCESSOR
Cause: RC_PROCESSOR failed due to ORA-01426: numeric overflow
1. Inventory Responsibility
2: Navigate to the Process Replenishment Counts window.
3. Choose New to display the Replenishment Count Headers window
4. Create a replenishment Count of two lines
5. Select process and report .
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the replenishment counts.
