Depot Repair: Error APP-FND-01436 When Trying To Set CSD [Inventory] Profile Options at Responsibility Level (Doc ID 1603999.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to set the following profile options at Responsibility level -

          . CSD: Default RMA Subinventory
          . CSD: Default Completion Sub-Inventory
          . CSD: Default Material Sub-Inventory
          . CSD: Default Subinventory for Bulk Receiving

the following error occurs:

APP-FND-01436: List of values cannot find any values for you to choose.


Steps To Reproduce

  1. Confirm CSD: Default Repair Inventory Org is set at Responsibility level
  2. Attempt to set CSD: Default RMA Subinventory at Responsibility level
  3. Error is thrown
  4. Setting the CSD: Default Repair Inventory Org at Site level enables the LOV in CSD: Default RMA Subinventory, but the LOV will relate to the site setting in CSD: Default Repair Inventory Org whereas it should relate to the Responsibility level setting, i.e. it shows the Site Org sub inventories and not the Responsibility Org sub inventories.
