Performance Appraisal Status : Pending Approval Status (PENDINGAPPR) instead of Pending Appraisee Feedback (APPRFEEDBACK) after Appraisal Completion (Doc ID 1604026.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Appraisals

Appraisal Status for employees is showing "Pending Appraisee Feedback" even after appraisals completion.


When the Main Appraiser is completing an appraisal, the below warning is displayed:

Warning:You have chosen to complete this appraisal
but the appraisal is still in Pending Approval status (PENDINGAPPR) instead of being in Pending Appraisee Feedback (APPRFEEDBACK).


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self-Service
2. Performance Management
3. Manage Appraisal Task
4. Update an appraisal for an employee
5. Give Final rating
6. Submit with no approver
7. Appraisal is in Pending Approva status
