Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Appraisals

Appraisal Status for employees is showing "Pending Appraisee Feedback" even after appraisals completion.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Main Appraiser is completing an appraisal, the below warning is displayed:
Warning:You have chosen to complete this appraisal
but the appraisal is still in Pending Approval status (PENDINGAPPR) instead of being in Pending Appraisee Feedback (APPRFEEDBACK).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the appraisal to be in APPRFEEDBACK after completion by the Main Appraiser.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self-Service
2. Performance Management
3. Manage Appraisal Task
4. Update an appraisal for an employee
5. Give Final rating
6. Submit with no approver
7. Appraisal is in Pending Approva status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The system is not working as expected. The users cannot provide their feedback when their appraisal is completed by their Manager.
