Information in this document applies to any platform.
Each Employee will have certain competencies attached to their Appraisal when a performance plan is published.
However when the Employee changes jobs they are eligible for different competencies.
How can these new competencies be added to the Employees Appraisal by the system without manually adding them through "add competencies" button from the screen as we do not want the Employee or the Manager adding competencies themselves.
