SIT: Unable to Retrieve Values in Independant/Dependant Fields Using Value Set of List Type Poplist (Doc ID 1604139.1)

On : 11.5.10.2 version, EIT and SIT


Special Information: when selecting a value in a dependent segment, the other independent segment values are cleared.

On  environments patched with patch 17161889 OAF 11.5.10 Consolidated Update, It's not possible to retrieve values in independant/dependant fields using value set of List Type: Poplist.
If values are entered in the other segments, when trying to select a value in the independant/dependant fields using value set of List Type: Poplist, all fields are cleared.

This is not happening on one environment where patch 17161889 OAF 11.5.10 Consolidated Update is not applied.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. xx Employee Self-Service
2. xx Special information
3. Try to select a value in the first poplist, the value is not retrieved in the field
4. Enter values in the other fields
5. Try to select a value in the first poplist
6. All fields are cleared
