Javacache.log Flooded With Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError Error Messages (Doc ID 1604874.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, when attempting to check javacache.log, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check the javacache.log.
2. Found the issue within the log file.
