Invoices with self invoice VAT type were processed successfully but do not appear in Israeli VAT AP Detail Register Report or file.

Expects that Invoices with self invoice VAT type appear in Israeli VAT AP Detail Register Report or file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Israel AP Responsibility
2. Create an invoice with self invoice VAT type.
3. approve and account it.
4. Run the Israeli VAT AP Detail Register Report and file to see that invoice - it is not in the output - never.
