This document describes if it is possible to use customers as the Bill To/Ship To party that do not have a Party Relationship setup with the Customer for which the service request is raised.
In Order Management this is possible:
When creating a Sales Order in Order Management, it allows users to determine the type of Bill-To and Ship-to
displayed in their LOVs based on the parameter setting "Customer Relationship":
Setup Parameter form > Customer Relationship = All Customers
If the parameter is set to "Single", then the Bill-To and Ship-To LOV only displays the customer party.
If the parameter is set to "Related Customer", then the Bill-To and Ship-To LOV only displays parties related to the customer party.
If the parameter is set to "All Customers", then the Bill-To and Ship-To LOV displays all parties, whether it is related to the customer party or not.
