On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
  ---------------
  The 457 deduction is allowing both employee and employer limits to go to a
  maximum of $35,000.00
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
  -----------------------
  The combined employee deductions and employer liability to stop at
  $17,500.00
  
  STEPS
  -----------------------
  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Process a 457 deduction to the 2013 limits
  2. See the deduction alone is allowed to reach $17500.00
  3. See the Employer Match also is allowed to a $17500.00 limit
  4. Expect the combined deduction and employer match to stop at $17500.00 not
  $35000.00
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT

  The issue has the following business impact:
  Due to this issue, users cannot see the 457 deduction and employer match
  stop at the correct limits
