Symptoms
Any changes to Collections checklist appear to set the IEU display nodes back to system settings.
Responsibility: Collections Administrator
Navigation: Profiles > System
Set profile options as follows :
IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Promises = Yes
IEU: Queue: Delinquency View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: My Tasks = Yes
Responsibility: Collections Administrator
Navigation: Setup Checklist
- Click on the Edit Questionnaire button for the line 'Operations Setup'.
- Within the next screen (page 1), click on Finish button - without actually having made any changes.
- You get a message indicating 'confirmation - your changes have been saved'.
After having done this, the profile options are reset to:
IEU: Queue: Account View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: Account View Promises = Yes
IEU: Queue: Customer View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: Customer View Promises = Yes
As well as the ones you set previously:
IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Promises = Yes
IEU: Queue: Delinquency View Delinquencies = Yes
IEU: Queue: My Tasks = Yes
