PARGDR_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project

Symptoms

When attempting to generate draft revenue using the PARGDR PRC: Generate Draft Revenue process, the following error occurs. However there is enough funding to generate the pending revenue amount.

ERROR
No Funding/Hard Limit

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Under Project Billing responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request
  2. Run PARGDR PRC: Generate Draft Revenue process
  3. Check the logfile and the output
