Symptoms
Using Excel 2007 and BI Publisher version 11.1.1.6.
Created drill-down URLs in PeopleSoft Query which navigate to certain components in the PeopleSoft system.
From the PeopleSoft Query, generate an XML which is used as Data source for rtf template in BI Publisher using the drill-down URLs as hyperlinks in this rtf template.
The issue is when generating Excel from that rtf template, the hyperlinks don't work and are removed by excel. Also, the whole formatting of the template gets disturbed.
