On : 12.1.3 version, 



ISSUE

Shipping Transportation Carriers Synchronization errors with the following:

 

ERROR

Exception is e.getLinkedException().getMessage()

The document: http://<host>:7001/soa-infra/services/default/orabpel/default/WshSendRefDataStlToOtm/1.0?wsdl is not a wsdl file or does not have a root element of "definitions" in the "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" namespace or the "http://www.w.xxx/2004/08/wsdl" namespace.:

Got Exception Invoking SIF event oracle.apps.sif.webservice.inline.invoke

Exception is java.lang.NullPointerException
