Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals
When the second approver is rejecting any performance appraisal, the employee is receiving a FYI notification.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Manager
2. Manager Self-Service
3. Performance Management
4. Complete an appraisal
5. Log in as the first approver
6. Approve
7. Log in as the second approver
8. Reject
9. Log in as the Subordinate
10.See a FYI notification in the worklist
"xxx has rejected the changed that your manager made to your appraisal"
