Symptoms

On R12.1.3, after logging to the application, the following error after logging to the application at the top of the homepage for some users:

Error:
1. Message not found:Application message name fnd_viewobject_not_found. Tokens:VONAME=worklistvo; APPLICATION_MODULE='oracle.apps.fnd.wf.worklist.server.worklistAM
2. ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_DIRECTORY", line 790 ORA-06512: at line 1
