Symptoms

On All instances:  12.1.3 version, Session Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Order confirmation notification shows correct ship-to address but ship-to contact is wrong.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should show ship-to contact selected during checkout instead of contact who placed the order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as B2B
2. Checkout. On shipping page, select a different contact (not the contact of currently logged-in B2C user)
3. Place order
