WMS DFI Fails During Material Issue Transaction; System Log Shows MWA_TOOL_PARSE_NUMBER_FAIL (Doc ID 1606789.1)

A Data Field Identifier (DFI) works fine in the receiving screen. From material issue menu while trying to scan the item and lot, the DFI fails. After that going back to the receiving screen also fails as well.

Steps to Reproduce
Responsibility ->PO receipt ( mobile screen)
Scanned barcode of the item
Found DFI and populated Item field

Go to another screen the Material issue screen and tried scanning the same barcode and it failed.
Then went back into the receipt screen and tried the original process and it failed as well.
