On 12.1.3 version, Absence recording, maintenance
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Absence duration calculation is returns zero for future dated assignment.
Ex: if the assignment record like below.
09-OCT-2013 to open ended.
01-JAN-2008 to 08-OCT-2013
and if you try to apply leave before 09-OCT-2013 the duration is coming as ZERO.
and If you apply leave 09-OCT 2013 onwards the duration shows correctly.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should display correct duration either the of the case.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager -> People -> Enter and Maintain -> Other-> Absence
2. Enter the Leave for example from 06-OCT-2013 (08:30) to 06-OCT-2013 (17:00)
3. Duration displayed as ZERO instead of 7.5 hours
NOTE: You are NOT using the BG_ABSENCE_DURATION but use WORK SCHEDULE pattern.
