Create Accounting Process: Ledger Parameter LOV does not Show Secondary Ledger for Payroll (Doc ID 1607380.1)

Trying to run Create Accounting, but the Secondary Ledger which the Payroll is mapped to is not showing in the Create Accounting list of values.
We need to be able to run the Create accounting for secondary ledger in order to create journal entries for Cash books.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

We have GL flexifield map for Payroll application for Cash books and it is secondary ledger , but do not see the Secondary ledger in LOV for Ledger for Create Accounting program to create journal entries.

• Run Payroll
• Run Costing
• Run Transfer to SLA
• Cannot Run Create Accounting for Secondary Ledger for Payroll application from Global SLA /Payroll Manager Responsibility
