Symptoms
The Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF report is not picking up retroactive changes to hourly rate or salary.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create hourly pay element
2. Add Retropay elements and components
3. Run Quick Pay or Payroll Process
4. Make a retroactive change via the salary proprosal form
5. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) and find the change is not picked up
