Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related

When attempting to change the payment method from Credit Card to Invoice on a shopping cart the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Transaction extension does not exist
ERROR_RETURNED (API= IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.Delete_Transaction_Extension)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore as a user
2. Create a shopping cart
3. Checkout
4. Go to Checkout: Payment and Billing Information
5. Change Payment Method from : Credit Card to Invoice
