On : 12.1.3 version, Self Service Benefits
Find that for some employee, when generating their Confirmation Statement, although all fields populated correctly, the employee name section is missing.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Self Service Benefits
2. Complete enrolment process
3. Click on the Confirmation statement button
4. Review Statement
