Symptoms
In R12.1.3:
Attempting to update a Customer Ship-To address and receive the following error:

The following SQL error occurred: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Search for the Customer (for this example: 75767)
Click on Details on the Account section
Click on Details on the Site section
Select the Business Purposes tab and select the Ship To purpose.
Modify one descriptive flexfield value (ie. Stupéfiants)
Click the Apply button - The error appears.
The issue only happens to this one customer.
