Symptoms

You are able to change failure analysis data for "Closed" status work orders.  Nobody should be able to change anything in "Closed" work order


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EAM: Work Orders: Work Orders: Choose an Organization: Query Closed Work Orders
2.  Open a closed Work Order

3. Failure Information is editable/changeable
