Field Service Administrator Portal - Search Does Not For Work Customers (Doc ID 1608198.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Advanced Search is not working when query any customer.
Simple search did not get refresh when change the customer query.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Advanced Search to works.
Expect Simple Search to get refresh when the search criteria is clear and a new search string is entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FSTP > FS Dashboard
2. Query customer <Customer_Name_1%> in Search Task By Customer Name.
3. It bring up the tasks.
4. In Simple Search, now click on Clear button and perform a search for <Customer_Name_2%>, it is still showing the tasks for customer <Customer_Name_1>.
5. Go to Advanced Search, bring up the customer Magnifying Glass
Search using <Customer_Name_1%>, customer name is <Customer_Name_1> but when click on Go, no tasks are displayed.
