Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop

When attempting to run the interface trip stop for one specific delivery, the following error occurs:


ERROR

ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) violated in Package oe_line_util Procedure Insert_Row
Order Number: <order_number> Line Number:
Message :ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) violated in Package oe_line_util Procedure Insert_Row
EXIT Save_API_Messages

OR ALTERNATIVELY,  the following error may occur:

error in split_line User-Defined Exception
error in Ship_Confirm_Line User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=The Latest Acceptable Date is being violated.
