Service: Task's Address Is Null When One Time Address is Used for SR (Doc ID 1608694.1)

Symptoms

On Find Task

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that when creating an SR with a one-time address, the address gets defaulted on the task, but when it is verified and (re)selected from the address lov on the task, it is not getting saved properly when saving the task. The address_id column in jtf_tasks_b is null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect address_id to have a value as the one time address gets saved in hz_locations too.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SR and save it.
2. Change address to a one time address and save it.
    The changed information will be reflected on task tab on task address.
3. Click on the task address and select the same address and save it .
4. Once saved it has a null address_id in task table JTF_TASKS_B.
