How Intransit Time Affects Date Calculation (Doc ID 1608817.1)

Goal

Customer had created a zone/regions and assigned an intransit time of "20" to the shipping method and address. When customer creates a new sales order using the shipping method and location, the scheduled ship date is not taking the intransit time into account. Customer had performed the setup as stated in Note 262124.1 but still could not get the intransit time to apply.
