Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 moved into Sustaining Support on December 1st, 2013. The period from December 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015 is covered by an Exception to Sustaining Support. Customers may receive EBS 11.5.10 patches for Severity 1 issues until December 31, 2015.
Sustaining Support (December 1st, 2013 to indefinite)
Specific details of what is included under Sustaining Support refer to Oracle Software Technical Support Policies and the Lifetime Support Policy.
Sustaining Support Exception (December 1st, 2013 to December 31st, 2015)
The Sustaining Support Exception is comprised of the following components:
- New fixes for Severity 1 Production issues
- Critical Patch Updates (CPUs), up to and including the October 2015 CPU
- US Form 1099 (Oracle Financials) 2013, 2014 and 2015 year-end updates
- Payroll regulatory updates for the US, Canada, UK, and Australia for each country’s fiscal year ending in 2014
To be eligible for new Severity 1 bug fixes under the Sustaining Support Exception, customers must meet the defined minimum baseline patching as per Doc ID 883202.1 - Patch Requirements for Sustaining Support for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10.
After 01-JAN-2016: Additional Coverage Options for Tier 1, Financials & Payroll Legislative updates not included in the Sustaining Support Exception
Oracle is now offering, Tier 1 Support and certain Financials & Payroll Legislative updates beyond the EBS wide Sustaining Support Exception for an additional fee. Refer to Doc ID 1596629.1 - ANNOUNCEMENT: Additional Coverage Options for 12.0.6 and 11.5.10 E-Business Suite Sustaining Support.
