Agents reports the following error when trying to access Tasks in UWQ

APP-JTF-210616 : An application error has occured. Please contact your support administrator/
Details of the error:
Please specify a valid search range

This error is not cleat to users

The following errors occurs when accessing restricted Tasks(responsibility mapped)                                    
Responsability: Service                                          
Navigation: Universal Work queue                                
1. Switch on the security to standard                          
2. Open the Universal Work queue                                
3. Select a task and double click to open the service request  
4. The reported error comes up for Tasks linked to SR's that the user does not have permission to open
