Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
When attempting to update the calculate price flag on a sales order line
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
FRM.40815: Variable GLOBAL_LOV_RETURN_ITEM1 does not exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via OM Super User
2. Navigate to order returns, sales orders query an order
3. For an order line that has the status of pending pre-billing acceptance, change the calculate price flag from N to Y Using Help > Diagnostics > Examine
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get order lines to change the calculate price flag from N to Y without error
