Profile Option "Customer Care: Default the First Customer Account in Contact Center Header" Not Working (Doc ID 1609401.1)

Symptoms

 On 12.1.3, Contact Center form:

Find that the profile option 'Customer Care: Default the First Customer Account in Contact Center Header'  is not doing anything.

If the profile is set as 'None' and a customer is queried on the Contact Center header, the account number is still defaulting.
