Symptoms

Running Interface to General Ledger or Create Accounting the History row on Cash Receipts are not being picked up for processing.

Step To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: 
11.5.10.  Interface>General Ledger
R12.  Control>Request>Run
        LOV: Run Create Accounting

1. Submit a Single Request
2. Enter required Parameters
3. Click OK to run the Report
