New Bank Account is created And Found It's Replaced With Existing Bank Account Details

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Find new account created is replaced with existing bank account details.
-- Expected Behaviour
New bank account should be saved with correct details.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. When creating a new bank account along with new bank and new branch, the account number is replaced with the account number of the existing bank account that was updated earlier for the same supplier.
The issue happened after applying the following patches:
