Searching For An Asset Through The All Assets Field In ISupport Results In Error (Doc ID 1609808.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Service Request and entering an Asset using the Asset LOV, the following error occurs.

Error:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-10599: column is not indexed


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) iSupport Employee User
Create Service Request

2. Select request type
Click on the list of values in the All Assets field

3. Search for all asset in the asset field
Click on Go button

4. java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-10599: column is not indexed
