XML VALUATION REPORTS ARE NOT ROUNDING QUANTITY, COSTS AND VALUES CORRECTLY (Doc ID 1609900.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reports Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
customer reports that some Inventory Value Reports are displaying the Unit Cost in only 2 digits.
 
However, CSTRINVR module: Inventory Value Report - by Subinventory is displaying 5 digits.

(1) Inventory Value Report - by Subinventory (XML) (CSTRINVR_XML)
    a."Unit Cost" was not rounded by currency extended precision
    b."Extended Value" was not under currency format
    c.Items under same subinventory were not grouped into the same
 subinventory when sorting by "subinventory,item"
    d.Subinventories were not in sequential order
    e.Quantity was not rounded by profile Dynamic Quantity precision
    f.Sort option was not translatable since its value was coming from xml raw
 data
 (2) All Inventories Value Report - by Cost Group(XML) (CSTRAIVA_XML)
    a."Subinventory Value" for each item always has values as 0.
    b.Quantity of suinventory/receiving/intransit was not rounded by
 user-defined Quantity precision
    c.Performance issue with relative path
 (3) Elemental Inventory Value Report - by Cost Group(XML) (CSTREIVW_XML)
    a."No data found" was always shown at the end of XML report.
    b."Category Total" was not shown under each category when sorting by
 "category, item"
    c.Sorting by Cost Group, Item: did not work properly. The report result
 acted like Sort by Item.
    d.Items within the same cost group were not grouped together when sorting
 by "cost group, item"
    e.Calculations of "Cost Group Total" and "Cost Element Total" were not
 correct when sorting by "cost group, item"
    f.Sort option was not translatable since its value was coming from xml raw
 data
 (4) Elemental Inventory Value Report - by Subinventory(XML) (CSTREIVR_XML)
    a.All value fields were not formatting as currency.
    b.Value of Cost Element Overhead was wrong, always appending with "0.00"
 when sorting by "subinventory, item"
    c.Quantity was not rounded by profile Quantity precision
 (5) Intransit Value Report(XML) (CSTRITVR_XML)
    a."Unit Cost" was not rounded by currency extended precision
    b.Quantity was not rounded by profile Quantity precision
    c.Performance issue with relative path
    d.Sort option was not translatable since its value was coming from xml raw




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

to have Inventory Value Report - by Subinventory (XML) with 5 decimals as well
