Depot Repair: Receipt Update Program Does Not Update The RMA Lines If The Related Sales Order Was Submitted From Charges UI

On : 188.8.131.52 version, Logistics Management
For a particular Repair Order, the RMA Line is still shown in 'Entered' status, while the corresponding Sales Order is already closed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Repair Order form.
2. Click the Update Logistics button.
