RCVRCERC Form Hangs

Symptoms
Find it is not possible to receive purchase order for more than 3 lines as when saving the form hangs. There is no error.
The problem appears after applying some patches.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
. Navigate to Receiving / Receipts RCVRCERC form
. Enter Document number then click find
. Select 4 lines to be received
. Save button is highlighted / click save
Nothing happens.
Form does not respond and the entire application freezes.
User needs to close the Java applet to come out of the session.
