R12: No Default of GL_DATE When Setting Profile 'PO:Validate GL Period' to 'No' and Using Requisition Import to Create Requisitions from WIP (Doc ID 1610049.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import requisitions with Work in Process (WIP) source, requisitions are not created and error is logged in the table po_interface_errors:

Error

GL Date is not in a valid period.
Cause: GL Date must be in a valid period if encumbrance is ON.

Encumbrance is turned On. Profile 'PO:Validate GL Period' is set to 'No' but issue still exists.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Set profile 'PO:Validate GL Period' to No.
2. Release a Job from WIP Module > Data is inserted in the requisition interface tables.
3. Requisition Import is run but no requisition is created.
