No Compiled Multiplier error is reported when running 'GMS: Costing And Funds Check On Straight Time Labor'

The burden view (award) form:
Setup/Costing/Burden. View (Award)

Project: <project number>
Task: <task number>
Award: <award number>
Expenditure Type: <expenditure type>
Organization: <organization>
Expenditure item date = <expenditure item date>

Getting error message: APP-PA-19409: The burden schedule revision is not compiled.

The burden schedule still points to Version: 1, even though it has been end dated on 04-NOV-2013
