Symptoms
When creating a new tax rate for a different Configuration Owner , the following error is returned":
Row 1 Error - This tax rate already exists.
Steps:
1 Goto Tax Manager Responsibility
2.Go to Tax Configuration Form
3 Go to Tax Rates Form
4.Click on create and enter the new Tax rate for an specific Configuration Owner
5. Error is returned
The rate does not exist for the specific regime. and no jurisdiction is linked to it
