The documentation at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/bi.1111/e18863/datatypes.htm#BABBBBCF for the JobInfo complex type is incorrect.
The documentation states that the status element of the type String should contain one of the following values: "Canceled", "Done", "Scheduled", "Suspended", or "Unknown". However, when calling the getAllScheduledReportHistory operation of the ScheduleService web service, which returns an array of JobInfo instances, the value of the status element in these instances is a single character (e.g. S, D, etc).
How do these single characters map back to the values "Canceled", "Done", etc.?
