Attachment records still exist even after requisition / Requisition line is deleted. Expect the Attachments to also be deleted if the requisition / requisition line is deleted.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a requisition with attachements.
2. Check the records available in the attachment tables ( FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS, FND_ATTACHED_DOCS_FORM_VL )
3. Delete the requisition / requisition line.
4. But the records in the attachment related tables are not removed.
