Excel Function Average and Sum not Working Correctly for FSG Published in Report Manager

Financial Statement Generator (FSG)
Publishing FSG with content set using the seeded template Generic FSG Drill Template via Report Manager.
Once published highlight any column with data in the Excel sheet and at the bottom of the Excel sheet the labels Average, Count and Sum (Excel functions) and the respective totals are shown.
The totals change as the cursor is moved from row to row, however at random rows the Average and Sum labels and totals disappear and only the Count figure is seen.
Highlight from row number 21, some rows down it misses Sum and Average amounts. Starting from row 19, it displays Sum and Average amounts again.
Issue occurs for all FSG reports.
Excel 2010 is used
Tested with and without row order and issue occurs.
