Goal

 LCM as Service
--------------------

Even though the RCV: Processing Mode profile is set to On-Line the transaction in the rcv_transactions_interface has processing mode code  of BATCH.

A request set up to run Landed Cost Integration Manager followed by Receiving Transaction Processor, however it acts as if the Receiving Transaction Processor has not run. That is, if we just run the landed cost integration manager the processing status goes to LC Interfaced. If we run the Receiving Transaction Processor as a separate concurrent request then the transaction is processed. However if a request set is run, the processing status stays at LC Interfaced. Why is that?
